Ceremony Content:
*Selected prize-winning artworks will be on display in the ceremony
Winners who attend the award ceremony can pick up their original artwork at the end of the ceremony.
Prize Presentation Ceremony ticketing:
Prize winner: Free admission
Parent & family members: 18 Euro per person (plus 0.7€ online payment service charge per ticket)

- Music performance corresponding to some of the winning artworks
- Selected winners sharing their artistic vision/ creative process on stage
*Selected prize-winning artworks will be on display in the ceremony
Winners who attend the award ceremony can pick up their original artwork at the end of the ceremony.

Importance:
All prize winners please reply by email on or before 15th June whether they would like to attend the award presentation ceremony to receive prize in person or would like us to deliver prize to your address instead. If winners decided to attend the ceremony, please let us know the total no. of attendance and complete ticket reservation by 15th June.
For ceremony ticket reservation, please proceed to the ticketing link in above.
For winners who cannot attend the award ceremony, we expect to deliver prize starting from 10th August. Please let us know if you want us to return your artwork, we will calculate the shipping cost for you and let you know by email
For contestants who did not win prize can email us NOW if you would like to get back the original artwork. We will calculate the shipping cost for you
All request of returning artwork should let us know before 10th September, otherwise the organizer will handle the items on its own

Winners list
1. Please check carefully if the name spelling is correct and notify us no later than 3rd June for amendment. Any amendment request afterwards will require an administrative fee of 6 Euro per certificate.
2. Prize-winning artworks gallery will be available online after the award ceremony.
